Description
This small gator was living the life on this day; relaxed and seemingly without a care in the world. That said, it was very aware of me and was ready to rocket out of that tree if necessary. Alligators are masters of efficiency and waste very little energy, especially during cool weather (this was taken in February). There were many gators out on this warm afternoon collecting all the heat they could before the colder February night closed in on them.
