Description
Sunrise caught this Great Egret preening at it readied itself for the day. To me, egrets are one of the prettiest birds in the marsh with their delicate white feathers which contrast so nicely with their yellow beak. This was captured at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge which is one of my most favorite places.

Nice composition on this, the shape of the branches topped with that egret fill the frame well. Great work!
